Moffitt Cancer Center

Moffitt Cancer Center is acquiring 9 acres in south Hillsborough County to make cancer care accessible to thousands more patients.
Moffitt plans to build a new outpatient facility at the southeast intersection of East College Avenue and 27th Street South in Ruskin, less than a mile from Interstate 75.
By November, Moffitt expects to complete the purchase of land and have it rezoned, with final approval expected by the end of the year.
Moffitt plans to build a 75,000-square-foot facility with construction starting in early 2023 and completion by late 2024. Services offered will include screening and diagnostics, advanced imaging, clinical lab services, blood draw, biopsies, medical oncology, radiation oncology, infusion, pharmacy and clinical trials.
Universal Epic Universe

Universal Epic Universe is an upcoming theme park in Orlando, Florida, set to open in the near future. The park is being developed by Universal Parks & Resorts, and will feature a variety of immersive lands based on popular movies, TV shows, and video games.
Visitors will be able to explore worlds inspired by franchises such as Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Nintendo, and more. Universal Epic Universe promises to be a truly epic experience, with cutting-edge technology, thrilling rides, and unique dining and shopping opportunities. This exciting addition to the Orlando theme park scene is sure to attract visitors from around the world.

UT Tech Building

The Technology Building will house many academic programs related to information technology with state-of-the-art labs and audio-visual equipment. The University has over a dozen undergraduate and graduate information and technology programs, and the program will pull many of these academic programs together into one facility, including: computer science, business information technology, management information systems, cybersecurity, business analytics, SAP certification and more.
USF Morsani College of Medicine

The USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute has moved downtown, bringing approximately 1,800 students, faculty and staff to live, work and study along the downtown waterfront as a key anchor at Water Street Tampa.
The USF Health Taneja College of Pharmacy will start classes there in 2023. By moving within a mile of its primary teaching hospital Tampa General Hospital, USF will attract the brightest students and faculty, and will increase federal research dollars to fight heart disease.
UCF Creative Village

In the heart of downtown Orlando, Creative Village, the new University of Central Florida expansion, has continued to rise throughout 2018. The last major structural component on the main building of Creative Village Phase I.
Creative Village is a 15-story mixed-use development that contains approximately 600 student housing beds, 105,000 square feet of academic and education support space, restaurant and retail space along with an integrated parking garage.
